We’ve been pleased to welcome RevoluSun, our 2013 Market Patron, to our weekly markets and they’ve enjoyed getting to know our regular market shoppers! RevoluSun was founded to provide their customers with the best value in renewable energy systems. Their goal, at all times, is to be proud of what they do and the way in which they do it. What that means for their customers is that their every decision is geared toward helping them fuel their homes cleanly and efficiently. Stop by the RevoluSun tent to learn more!
We look forward to a wonderful Farmers’ Market again this Saturday, July 20. It might be hot, but our wonderful vendors will be open from 10 am to 2 pm. New to the market this week will be C & C Lobsters and Fish and Savonale.
A special treat for children will be storyteller, Nicolette Nordin Heavey. She’ll be sharing stories from 10 – 11:30 am. Nicolette’s program, “Stories in the Streets” is part of the Greater Lawrence Coordinated Family and Community Engagement grant. The program’s goal is to provide literacy in community spaces. Nicolette had her listeners spell bound at last year’s market! An added bonus, every child who listens to a story receives a free book.
So, come and enjoy the Farmers’ Market. We hope to see you here!
We can’t wait to kick off the market on Saturday, June 29th at our new time 10:00 a.m.! Come join us at this wonderful community event at the Andover Historical Society and visit with your favorite vendors and meet some of our new vendors, too. We have a wonderful Market Patron sponsor, Revolusun, who will be attending opening day and also Whole Foods Andover, a Market Friend sponsor, will have some tasty samples for us too! We look forward to seeing you at this year’s market…
Special thanks to Century Bank for providing reusuable shopping bags during opening day – we hope you find plenty of produce, foods, and crafts to fill them up!
