The first few weeks of the market have went well! The weather has been great, and the education team has kept children busy with various crafts. It has been different this year because of the location change, but there are many faithful shoppers who continue to join us each Saturday behind Andover Village Square!
This past Saturday, wonderful performances from Merrimack Valley Community Music School kept the crowd entertained and engaged. For the month of August, Adian and Conner Wertz, of Double Stop Strings will be playing at the market. This violin and cello acoustic duo based in Haverhill is sure to put on a great show!
Local singer/ songwriter Molly Pinto Madigan will also be performing at the market. Molly was recently awarded first place in the South Shore Folk Club’s Ballad-Singing Competition and was named “Artist of the Year” at the Salem State University Music Awards. As always, the summer seems to be flying by, but we still have a lot of great produce and artisan crafts to look forward to as the season unfolds!
