NOTE
These papers
correspondence, regulations and questionnaires concerning his
service on the Andover Selective Service Board during World War I,
belonged to Franklin H. Stacey, an Andover pharmacist. They were
given to the Society by his son Alfred C. Stacey. They were not
given an Accession Number.
They have been divided
into six parts: correspondence and personal identification addresses
of the Boards of Registration; Regulations and Rulings by the
Provost Marshal General; questionnaires and lists of those who
responded; the registration card of Joseph Charles Schultz and the
report of a case of typhoid fever.
