Volunteer to help with the Society’s upcoming Super Auction
What’s a Super Auction? It’s a combination of a week-long online auction and a fun day-long auction event at the Historical Society. The online auction will run Friday, October 28 through Friday, November 4. When bidding closes, those items will be gone! The next day, Saturday, November 5, we’ll open the Historical Society for a community open house. Stop by, peruse the selection of special items up for auction, register, and put your bids in your favorite items. You can leave a proxy vote if you stop by early and want to secure your bid. Or, you could become a member of the Society, because later that day, we’ll reopen for a very special evening for members and their guests to close out the auction.
We need help now securing auction items. Volunteers are needed to help build our database of potential auction donors, identify special items we would like to include in the auction, and to help put together bid packages.
